Your Own Torus Guide
Every Torus customer is assigned their very own Torus Guide when they first request a quote. Your guide serves as your point of contact throughout the entire purchasing process and beyond, helping you achieve your energy goals and supporting you for as long as you have your system.
Purchasing & System Design
When you reach out for a quote, your Torus Guide will start designing a Torus Station with the right amount of battery storage and solar panels to meet your electricity needs. They’ll work with you to understand your current and future energy goals. Say, for instance, you’re considering purchasing an induction stove and an EV in the next 12 months. Your guide will size your system to account for a potential increase in the amount of electricity your home uses.
Installation & Onboarding
Once you’ve landed on a Torus Station configuration, your guide will handle permitting on your behalf to ensure everything is done to code. They’ll also research all available incentives to ensure you’re maximizing your up-front savings. Once permitting has been approved, they’ll coordinate with our installation team to have your system installed at a convenient time for you. Finally, after your system is installed, your guide will visit your home to walk you through the Torus App and answer any questions you have about your new Torus Station.
Continued Support
After onboarding, your relationship with your Torus Guide is just beginning. That’s because they’ll be your personal point of contact for as long as you have your system. No more wondering who to contact down the line with a question or concern—your guide is always a phone call away.
