About the Internship
As a Customer Support Intern, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will answer customer inquiries, resolve customer issues, and provide technical support. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining our Customer Support knowledge base. The internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with our Customer Support Team, contributing to key projects that ensure we optimize customer centric experiences focused on quality and overall operational excellence.

Internship Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
- Provide technical support to customers.
- Develop and maintain our customer support knowledge base.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with other customer support team members to provide seamless customer service.
Required Experience
- Continuing Bachelor's degree in a related Business field.
- Completed Freshman year (2 semesters).
- Strong academic performance, typically reflected by a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Working knowledge of Google Office Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar software.
- Ability to commit to the full duration of the internship program.
- Availability to work the scheduled hours determined by the department's needs.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Authorization to work in the country where the internship is located.
Preferred Experience
- Previous internship or work experience in a related field.

Background Check All candidates are subject to a background check.
Experience Continuing Bachelor's degree in a related Business discipline and completed Freshman year (2 semesters).
Location Hybrid Remote - SLC based. You will conduct your work remotely from your home office and regularly from our South Salt Lake warehouse.
Schedule Full-Time + Hourly
Pay $21.00
Duration Temporary from May - August 2025 (potential to extend)

- Constantly operates a computer and other peripheral office equipment such as a printer or mouse.
- Ability to communicate information so others can understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- Must report to work reliably and with the ability to use full and unimpaired skills and judgment to safely execute your job.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English required.
